Refund & Return Policy
At Sirenicate Rugs, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom and pre-designed rugs. Please review our return and refund policies below before placing an order.
Custom Rugs – All Sales Final
All custom rug sales are final and non-refundable. This includes Greek Life rugs, bulk orders, and chapter house rugs. Custom rugs are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds for Manufacturing Defects
If you receive a rug that has a manufacturing defect, incorrect design, or is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sirenic.cs@gmail.com with photos of the defect. If the issue is verified, we will either:
✔ Provide a replacement rug at no extra cost
✔ Offer a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the defect
Note: Defects due to normal wear, improper handling, or incorrect order details submitted by the customer will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Greek Life & Bulk Order Rugs
For bulk Greek Life orders (multiple rugs purchased for a single chapter), all sales are final unless the product is defective. We do not accept returns or exchanges for bulk orders.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your rug upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
