This applies to individual Greek Life rugs, Pokémon rugs, and other in-stock designs available for direct purchase.

Custom Bulk Orders (Greek Life & Business Logo Rugs)

✔ Fulfillment & Manufacturing: 2-3 weeks
✔ Shipping Time: 7-10 business days

This applies to bulk orders of Greek Life rugs where multiple chapter members order rugs together.

Custom Chapter House Rugs (Made-to-Order)

✔ Fulfillment & Manufacturing: 4-5 weeks
✔ Shipping Time: 7-10 business days

This applies to fully customized rugs made specifically for fraternity and sorority chapter houses with unique designs and specifications.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer

We offer free shipping on orders over $74.99 within the United States. Orders below this amount will have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss special arrangements.
